The process of acquiring each piece of marble involves utmost care to
retain the inherent beauty and unique characteristics of the stone.
We ensure that each piece of marble is of the finest calibre.
The formation of limestone, a sedimentary rock primarily composed of calcite (calcium carbonate), marks the beginning of the marble’s journey. Calcite progressively recrystallizes as a consequence of extreme heat and pressure to produce a metamorphic rock - marble.
The tectonic activity in the mountainous regions propels the rock to the surface, after which the marble is further quarried by carefully cutting blocks using saws and other specialized machinery. After the extraction from the quarry, the marble stone is transported to factories for further cutting and polishing.
It's a journey that highlights the harmonious partnership between nature and human ingenuity, resulting in the timeless beauty of marble that continues to adorn our homes and public spaces
